FAQs

Q: Do you provide everything necessary for the service?

A: Yes our professional turf care service will come with all top quality consumables, equipment and tools required.

Q: Do you work in the rain?

A: Yes, however some treatments may require dry weather for application and for the following 4 – 5 hours after.

Q: Can you come regularly?

A: Yes, fertiliser and maintenance applications will be planned following previous work. Cutting will be programmed according to your needs and your lawns requirements.

Q: Do I have to be there during the service?

A: No, as long as we can gain access to your lawn then there is no requirement for you to be present.

Q: Can you treat moss problems?

A: Yes, we do not ignore moss until it becomes a major problem. Our feeds throughout the year are tailored to deal with this problem.

Q: Will weed killers harm my pets?

A: No, none of our weed killers are harmful to either your pets or yourself when applied properly by competent staff.

Q: Will the weed killers that you use, harm my plants or trees?

A: No, our weed killers do not affect plants or trees.

Q: Should I mow the lawn before you treat it?

A: We recommend that you don’t cut your lawn for 3 days either side of any treatment. This is to ensure that we can see the weeds and the treatment of them has a couple of days to reach the roots.

Q: Is CTT Licenced to treat my lawn?

A: Yes, we have all the relevant qualifications and certification to apply chemicals and carry out maintenance on your lawn
